Role Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk & Hospitality Coordinator who serves as the welcoming face and steady presence of the office. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, hospitality-driven experience for clients, guests, vendors, and team members alike.

This position goes far beyond answering phones. It's about owning first impressions, anticipating needs, and ensuring the office environment feels calm, polished, and intentionally cared for at all times.


What You'll Do

  • Greet clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Create a polished, calming, front-of-house experience
  • Answer phones, route calls accurately, and manage communication flow
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Keep kitchen and shared spaces tidy and guest-ready
  • Monitor supplies, handle mail, and support daily office logistics
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
  • Support leadership and team members with front-office needs and special events

Qualifications
